If purchasing Veracity products online via a reseller which is not an Authorised Veracity Channel, the customer must be aware that Veracity cannot guarantee the authenticity of the products and it is possible that such products may be counterfeit, not brand new, may be missing parts or defective, or may not be fully certified for use in the local territory.
