Veracity Announces a New Partnership with ViSTA Networking Systems
Veracity is proud to announce that ViSTA Networking Systems, maker of the VT157A IP Camera Field Kit, has chosen to include Veracity's new PINPOINT in each one of these kits that are sold across the US and worldwide.
Available now- and on display at ASIS Booth #1953- the VT157A
weighs less than 2 pounds and can easily be carried in one hand.The
unit's battery provides up to three hours of constant usage, and
the 5.7" VGA touchscreen with LED backlighting makes viewing IP
camera imagery easy in the harshest conditions.
What makes this unit shine, however, is the patent-pending IP
camera discovery software that is capable of finding most of the IP
cameras in commercial use. Simply attach Veracity's PINPOINT to the
IP camera and to the existing POE Ethernet cable, and then attach
the VT157A to PINPOINT. Take the VT157A and set the base IP address
to the IP range you wish to search, touch "SCAN" then "DISCOVER",
and then the IP address of the camera will be displayed. One
double-tap on that IP address and you are at the web page of the
camera and can set FPS, focus, etc. as needed.
ViSTA's VT157A and Veracity's PINPOINT make the perfect combination
for installers to tackle the physical challenges of installing,
configuring and focusing IP cameras in the field.

3. In the body of the email, describe an installation done by you
or by your Company that has utilized Veracity products. Describe
the issues you faced and the way that Veracity's products solved
the problem. You do not have to name the end user or location
(although you are welcome to do so) but do provide as much detail
on the project as is possible.
The most unique and interesting installation will win this prize- a
free VT157A and PINPOINT units.
A 2nd prize ($500 American Express gift card) and 3rd prize ($250
American Express gift card) will be awarded as well.
